Santiago Marín, Cypress/Spruce 1985
Santiago Marín is a big name in the world of classical guitars.
He used to build outstanding flamenco guitars now and then, more than he does now. This is an especially beautiful and good-sounding specimen from the 80s. It is in almost new condition with very beautiful cypress and a great spruce soundboard. The sound is distinctly brilliant with a radiating treble and crispy bass. Not sharp, but instead more round and powerful in sound, it is a perfect solo instrument. It is in excellent condition with hardly any traces of use.
