Vasilis Lazarides

My favorite guitar builder from Greece. I had the luck to exhibit right next to him at a Greek guitar festival in Veria in 2008. I got to know him as an extremely likeable person. I purchased two excellent instruments from him last year, the sound of which is among the best in the world. Although he has not been building flamenco guitars very long, he still achieves amazingly good results with their sound. I currently have a great mulberry-Brazilian rosewood guitar from him in my shop. It is richly adorned and sounds fantastic. It is a copy of a Reyes guitar, which Vasilis had for a repair in his workshop. In summer 2010 i will go to Athens to see some new guitars.
