Here’s how you can find us:

By car
from the Autobahn (highway) A5 from the direction of Karlsruhe or Basel.
Take the exit Freiburg Mitte (middle). Take the exit in the direction of Freiburg. Then take the 3rd exit in the direction of the Uni-Klinik (University Hospital)/Sportzentrum. Turn left into Berliner Allee at the traffic light. At the 4th traffic light, turn right into Lehenerstr. At the 2nd crossing, turn left into Yorckstr. You'll find it after about 50 m on the right side of the street, address Yorckstr. 21, on the third floor (British English: 2nd floor). Parking in Yorckstr. is free of charge.
By car from the direction of Schwarzwald (Black Forest)/Donaueschingen on highway B31
Drive on the B31 through Freiburg. Continue straight ahead until you are on the road heading to the Autobahn (highway) A5 (Basel/Karlsruhe). Then take the 3rd exit in the direction of the Uni-Klinik (University Hospital)/Sportzentrum. Turn left into Berliner Allee at the traffic light. At the 3rd traffic light, turn right into Lehenerstr. By train
Get off at the main train station There are stairs and elevator from the tracks up to the Stadtbahnbrücke (streetcar bridge), which crosses over the tracks at the south side of the station (direction Basel). Take the streetcar line 1 (direction of Landwasser) or line 3 (direction of Haid) there and ride three stops to the Runzmattenweg stop. Get off and go right through the underground passageway in the direction of Runzmattenweg. Runzmattenweg starts after you pass through the underground passageway. Walk to the end, cross Lehenerstr., and Yorckstr. starts directly opposite. You'll find it after about 50 m on the right side of the street, address Yorckstr. 21, on the third floor (British English: 2nd floor).
New Streetcar line 4 (Direction Messe) until Stop Berliner Allee. Go back 200 m and enter on the ride side into Yorckstr.
By plane
The closest airport to Freiburg is the EuroAirport Basel/Mulhouse. It is an international airport with flight from and to all of Europe. There is a bus from EuroAirport to Freiburg every 1-2 hours. (schedule)
On request, I can pick you up at the airport and bring you back there. Travel time by car to Freiburg is approx. 40 minutes.
Within Germany, for example, easyJet has inexpensive connection from Berlin, Hamburg and Dusseldorf. They often fly several times each day and are often a lot less expensive than travel by train or car.
easyJet also provides inexpensive connections to Basel/Mulhouse from any other European cities, e.g., Madrid, London, Amsterdam, Rome, Bordeaux, Thessaloniki, etc.
